If you are struggling to give feedback you have come to the right place: I have been teaching the art of giving feedback for almost 30 years:-) Let's find out what is really going on so we can prepare your feedback. Then we practice how you deliver it so that the receiver can hear you, understand where you are coming from and knows what you want.
